When he first arrived at the house for the inspection, Brayton couldn’t believe his eyes.
“When I rang the doorbell, I looked up at the house and I could see termite damage on the siding, visible all the way up the house,” he recalls. “It was significant damage.”
In fact, Brayton found termite damage on the exterior siding of all four sides of the house. But the most extensive termite activity was in the home’s crawlspace.
To act fast Brayton immediately installed Recruit AG bait stations on all accessible, active mud tubes in the crawlspace and the Sentricon® System with Always Active™ technology around the perimeter of the home.
“When the tech went back to the house 30 days later, all eight AG stations had termite activity,” Brayton says. “Our technician then installed two more.
“Forty-five days after installation, all termite activity had ceased in the AG stations,” he says. “We only found activity in one in-ground Sentricon station. We probably eliminated the colony in less than 60 days just using Recruit AG.”
